  • 1.  Seeking: metrics to measure community engagement

    Posted 10-27-2022 01:59 PM
    Greetings all,

We've launched a new community engagement initiative here at Rochester Animal Services. We plan to connect with people about our services and resources at events, town hall meetings, neighborhood organization meetings, etc. I'm curious as to whether anyone on this forum is doing similar, boots-on-the-ground, engagement work, and if so, if you can speak to what metrics or measurements you use to evaluate engagement outcomes afterwards. I know there are no cut and dry "best practices", as engagement varies so much from organization-to-organization, region-to-region, but any feedback as we go forward would be so appreciated!

    Thanks,
    David

    Hello David!

Did you end up receiving a response on this  or creating a method of your own? We are working on the same thing over here and metrics have been an area where I have become stuck.
