    Are there any templates of send home care info sheets to customize to specific animals going from shelter to foster home? To include background info on the animal, feeding instructions, behaviour and medical instructions, etc?

    Here is an example of what we send home. Most of the information is pulled directly out of our software (Animal Shelter Manager) via a template.
