I am hoping to possibly start a Seniors for Seniors and Vets Program pending board approval. I am in the process writing a plan to present to the board. Can anyone give me any tips on how I should present this to the board in a positive way to get it approved, how I can track successfulness of the program, best way to monitor the seniors pets who are in the program and keep them up to date on their vaccinations etc... I want to provide all of this information in my proposal to the board. I know there are a lot of grants out there available for this kind of program and I have read through and watched a lot of information about them. Thank you so much for any input! - Michele
