Workplace bullying can have a profound impact on both individuals and organizations, contributing to emotional and physical stress, decreased job satisfaction, burnout, trauma, and challenges related to mental health and well-being. During this important conversation, panelists will share personal experiences, lessons learned, and strategies for recognizing, addressing, and preventing bullying in the workplace.
The discussion will also examine the connections between workplace bullying, trauma, burnout, PTSD, and substance abuse, while highlighting the importance of creating supportive and healthy workplace cultures throughout the animal welfare field.
