We are a municipal shelter. Monthly we do an "Exchange" of dogs with our local partnering shelters to get new exposure for potential adopters. We currently have the shelter that is swapping dogs to us sign our Rescue Transfer/Adoption form. Does anyone use a shelter transfer form that is different than their owner surrender/Adoption form for this type of situation? If you do, can you please share it with me?
