Would anyone be able to share their SOP for concrete steps to take when we notice kennel stress in dogs? We don't currently have a protocol so when we notice those signs of stress, actions aren't taken quickly to try to mitigate it (ie that dog needs a personalized enrichment plan/more walks/quiet time etc). Things are very word of mouth and I would like to be able to share examples of proactive approaches so we can immediately take action to try to prevent deterioration.

Also, in the big dog master class, a shelter shared that they have a separate white board with urgent dogs /behavior watchlist. Would anyone be able to share a photo of what they have and how that has worked for you?

    Thanks in advance!

This is a thorough SOP from Santa Barbara County Animal Services about how they address their urgent dogs' needs.
