We are looking at updating our SOP for our intake prevention cord.  Does anyone have any they can share.

    Thanks,

Amber, we are mid-build on this exact thing at AAF and would love to see what others share.

What we have so far on the prevention coordinator workflow:

A printable one-page intake form mapped to a structured database (CallIntake entity in our AWRN platform), with 23 reason codes and 16 routing destinations.

A follow-up tracker that fires at 30, 60, and 90 days on every case where we kept a pet with a family.

Routing logic that ties every intake call to either a specific program (SNIP, Bridge sub-programs, Pet Help Desk resolution at triage, etc.) or flags "not routed" so nothing falls through.

What we do not have yet is the codified SOP layer: who handles what, escalation paths, documentation standards, handoff criteria. The day-one playbook a new coordinator can pick up and run. That is the piece I am also looking for.

If anyone sharing theirs is open to a trade, I will send our entity schema, the printable intake form, and our routing logic in exchange for an SOP we can adapt. My Calendly is calendly.com/animal-angels if it is easier to take it off-forum.

Thanks for opening this up, Amber. Following the thread closely.
