Tabitha Kucera is an Elite Fear Free and Low-Stress Handling Certified Registered Veterinary Technician, a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Behavior, a Certified Cat Behavior Consultant, and a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner. She is the founder of Chirrups and Chatter Cat and Dog Behavior Consulting and Training and co-founder of Small Paws Education.
In addition to working directly with clients, Tabitha consults with animal shelters to develop pathway plans from intake through adoption and provides guidance to improve operations and enhance animal welfare. She offers strategy sessions, shelter redesign, and organizational support including staff training and development of training materials. Her work helps shelters implement sustainable improvements while prioritizing the well-being of both animals and staff.
