Anyone here have experience making the switch from PetPoint to ShelterLuv? We've been considering it for awhile, and we're feeling pressure to commit to making the switch before Dec. 31st, so that we get the first year for free. But I have pretty big concerns about the amount of information and attachments that won't be transferred into the new system. Has anyone gone through this process recently? Is there info that you lost during the transfer process? Did you continue to have access to PetPoint after making the switch? It sounds like ShelterLuv will have their team import 3-5 years of some of our records - has anyone manually imported older records?

Did you end up moving from PetPoint to Shelterluv? If so, were you able to bring over the historical records and attachments you were concerned about, and did the transition go as smoothly as expected?

One of the conversations we regularly have with shelters is about data ownership, historical records, and ensuring years of animal history aren't left behind during a migration, so we'd genuinely be interested in hearing how your experience turned out.
