For nearly 8 years and 18,000 FREE, spay-neuter surgeries, Kotor Kitties has been fighting to prevent unwanted kittens in Montenegro. Happy to share more elsewhere, no lectures needed!
As fewer folks kill the unwanted litters outright, more and more are being abandoned in the OldTown Center in Kotor, with hopes they'll be cared for?
Each summer, more and more are dying of dehydration in the unbearable heat.
I'm looking for RECOMMENDATIONS for TEMPORARY COOLING CENTERS that can be set up quickly to stop the deaths NOW. Has anyone used affordable options? They are needed in Europe, not US.
