It's not easy to find grants specifically for transport activities. Your best bet would be to look for local sources that provide small grant amounts.
You can also apply to the ASPCA for a small transport grant. They do require specific transport best practices be followed; for example, no collapsible wire kennels, only hard size ones.

We are a very small rescue out of Richmomd, TX, just outside of Houston. We are in desperate need of transport crates and/or funding for them. We transport twice a month to the East Coast and PNW.
