Do you have volunteers involved in performing meet and greets with adopters?
I want to get our staff some help, and get more dogs adopted. The Volunteers will already be trained in dog handling and go over the SOP's required (we are a municipal government shelter).
Is there any material that explains "opinions VS facts and observational descriptions vs blanket words" to make sure that they are giving people the information about the dogs without bias. We already use the "safe handling shelter dogs" video in our training.
