What is your #1 intake reason so far this year?

Does your organization capture both human and animal-related reasons for intake? Does anything stand out as opportunity for programming and intervention?

So we do come across the moving aspect but right now all of our animals that we have been asked to take from our municipal shelter (Im a friends of group) have been due to mistreatment, death, or prison not many owner surrenders at the moment

We always ask, but don't officially record.  Number 1 would definitely be housing.  Either moving and can't find a place that accepts large dogs or new landlord (recently bought the property) won't allow the dog.  2nd would be dog behavior, finding a qualified trainer to donate or greatly reduce fees has not been successful longterm.
