I am preparing a grant application to purchase hard-sided carriers for transport.  I would prefer to find a wholesale source to purchase between 15 to 30 carriers (preferably with handles).  

Does anyone have a recommendation?

Our two standard sizes are (exterior dimensions):

1.  26 inches long by 18 inches wide by 17 inches high
2. 28 inches long by 20.5 inches wide by 21 inches high

Have you tried one of the large pet stores to see if they would discount them for you?  I have received discounts from one because the purchased items were going to an animal welfare cause.
