Where to get help and support

I've spent 3 months working to build trust and routine with a feral dog.  I've emailed dozens of rescues, humane society's and organizations asking for help with this feral dog to try to get her into a rehab program.  Seems like the country is short on rehab programs for feral and extremely fearful dogs.  Then the twist is this "feral" decided she was done running or she wanted my attention/food  and sat outside barking at 2.30am  (I live on a military base in the middle of the desert). Some more liver and I was able to close the crate, gave her diazepam and 48 Hrs later turns out not so feral!  I have a full diary of the steps and time it took to get this dog but now I have her I still can't get help.  The local humane society isn't accepting, I've shared her story with all my friends across AZ and Texas and still nothing. I get the standard " find local help" email from the bigger rescues.  I'm a professional in the industry so I wonder what a regular citizen would do in my situation.  We are pushing to keep these animals out of the shelter system but the help isn't there for the people that find them.  I'm working with the little dog, she's house-trained, crate trained and is getting more comfortable riding in cars, great with other dogs so far.  Needs to be spayed and vetted so I've started a GoFundMe.  No programs making appointments for spay/neuter either.

Can anyone help me get her story out there and maybe get her on the adoptme app.  I may be missing something please help.
