There’s a new, different, better experience coming to the Maddie’s® Million Pet Challenge Learniverse this March, and it’s designed with your feedback, your busy schedules, and your big goals in mind. The Spring 2023 Shelter Summit and Fast Tracks will give you the opportunity to learn by doing, create the change you want to see at your shelter, and go further together with your colleagues in the industry with the support of expert coaches.
On March 14, 2023, gather with expert coaches and peers in a half-day Shelter Summit to explore topics that meet your most urgent challenges and get a bird’s-eye view of where your shelter could go next. Ready to make change happen? After the Summit, choose one or more “Fast Tracks” and start *doing—*with support! Sprint from idea to implementation and ongoing improvement in 8 weeks by connecting with coaches and fellow participants in 4 live sessions alternating with 4 optional office hours weeks along the way. Because sometimes positive change happens in leaps, and sometimes it happens in strategic steps. The Maddie’s® Million Pet Challenge Learniverse Spring 2023 Shelter Summit on March 14, 2023, will help you identify opportunities for both, no matter your shelter size or budget. This half-day live event will introduce 5 high-impact programs to start implementing now (before kitten season hits!).  After the Summit, you can choose one or more of the 5 topics to continue learning about and start implementing through our 8-week-long coach-led Fast Tracks (with minimal time commitment each week).

It all starts with knowing that it is possible to stay within your capacity for care at all organizations, regardless of how animals come to you.
