Administrative Assistant at Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation

Position Summary:

This individual would work effectively with a wide range of customers, including volunteers, donors, administrative staff, development colleagues, media, and friends of ARF. This position would provide high-level administrative support and management of special projects. Preparation of Board materials and high level correspondence with Board Members is another key responsibility. Supporting meeting and event preparation and management will also be key initiatives. This role could be assigned program management projects such as spearheading the shelter software implementation.
