Instructions on the attached list are as follows:
Outline the organizations and their contacts that were brainstormed using the Community Partnerships FUN! Brainstorming Worksheet. Additionally, determine the staff member or volunteer that will be leading the partnership for your shelter/organization. When determining who will own the relationship, utilize staff and volunteers that make the most sense. For example, community outreach staff or volunteers can work with food pantries to create partnerships for adding pet food to their resources.
