Hi everyone!
Our shelter is in the first six months of our Ambassador program being up and running. Things are going very well, we have had a lot of interest and completed over 70 adoptions as of now. My question to all of you is how you personally categorize the adoptions. Our program is set up for fosters to complete the adoptions in their home, with the adopter never needing to return to the shelter. We don't currently count Ambassador adoptions when the foster has the adopters complete the adoptions at the shelter, and I would like to, but I need to present some evidence to my administration that this is how other shelters procedurally do this!
