Animal Welfare Professionals

Does anyone have a comprehensive lisitng of current animal welfare grantmakers that they would be willing to share? We are a very small, all volunteer organization in central AZ. I am having difficulty locating sources that are currently awarding grants, or whose apps aren't so detailed that we cannot qualify. (Also-we do not have a shelter/rescue nor do we physically adopt/rescue animals-we provide access to free spay/neuter and free pet food to financially disadvantaged persons). Thanks everyone!
