Please tell me why no one is willing to help you with abandoned kittens that you are willing to foster.  Friday 26th the kitten that was brought here to me last year with her other two siblings (mentioned before was harassed by 343 wash machine screeching and the two were never seen again) had come back (after not feeding the ferals for about two week because of 343/344/345 and management allowing them to harass the ferals) and later had 5 kittens in the box I left for them.  Once again after I fed and gave her water those people 343/344/345 started again this time through out the day together or taking turns with their dogs and machines etc.  Saturday they started at 8:26 am - 10 am and 344 kept his aggressive dog out over an hour too. They had been in/out making noise even past 10 pm.   Every time and every day they see a feral in my yard it never ends.  As stated called PACC/Feral TNR and Police on them but management is allowing them to break the rules and law.  No one is stopping this management or giving her/owner warnings either. Today the three kittens were still alone with no sign of mama being here for the water and food wasnt touch since Friday.  So I took them in and called for milk and bottles etc from Humane Society who did have it but I was told that they couldnt drop it off when I told them that I had no way to pick it up.  Operator was basically telling me that its illegal for them to drop off and that the fosters need cars to transport ferals etc.  I had a guy who called me from the foster program telling me its because of no resource to drop it off.  I had tried calling Hermitage Shelter they are closed today and Monday and Foster program coordinator at Pima Animal Care doesnt work those days either.  This woudnt be a problem in Sierra Vista when I was fostering, with no car either, with Humane Society Feral program.  We helped each other out with the other programs in the area.  Here theres so many shelters etc yet they dont work together to help fosters without cars or for the domestic cats either to get to clinics etc.  I didnt like hearing that these kittens would be killed if PACC has to pick them up because I couldnt get the milk and bottles etc or get a hold of anyone to help get them for me.  What good is donating if that money isnt being used to help low income people without cars to help with taking their domestic animal to the clinics etc and helping fosters too with the same issues?! I didnt know that apartment complexes were off limits to the law etc. when it comes to the ferals etc.

Our shelter isn't able to bring supplies to fosters either, so a way that we are able to work around this and help fosters without transport is to put a plea out on our foster facebook group asking if another foster or volunteer could help transport supplies and/or animals. Is there a facebook group you could put a plea out on?

Thank you Jessica for your reply.  Yes I have facebook and thank you for telling me this I appreciate it.  In Sierra Vista we did that too with a foster line to help each other.  I also want to thank you and Foster Coordinator Cynthia F. for helping with finding someone to foster these kittens since I am unable  to do so without having transportation.  It was nice meeting you finally.  I am very glad PACC came through for the kittens and me.  And when I can I will definitely be donating to them for going out of their way to get these kittens.  I also thank P. Animal control dispatch for trying to help me by transferring me to the help line and dealing with these people and their dogs in the back of me.  Unlike SAZ Humane Society here, this shelter came through for me.  Thanks again PACC!  PL
