I got a 2 month old puppy yesterday and she is on antibiotics 62.5 mg of amoxicillin once a day for kennel cough as directed by PAWSibilities she was having a lot diarrhea and vomiting so I called my vet and she said for a dog her size she should only be getting around 6.5mg per lb of the dog so she shouldn’t only be getting about a quarter of a tablet 2 times a day. They gave her way to much and that’s why she was having sever vomiting and diarrhea. Just here to educate you if you are having the same problems. Hope this helps! 

Do you think kennel cough will pass on its own anyway? We like to treat but vet says will pass and don't need to treat. What is your thoughts?

I honestly don’t know I’ve heard that it passes aswell but they said they put her on antibiotics because she was wheezing??? I don’t know 

Well, according to me you keep her on antibiotics till she gets better a little bit. Also, you can consult with professionals may be they can suggest you some good advice.
