The ASV Guidelines outline the sqft requirement for single cats and group housing, but is there a resource that establishes how far the kennels (stainless steel) should be off the ground?  We know that filling the top row of a bank is ideal and I'm just wondering if there is a recommendation on how far to keep that bottom row of the ground as we design our new building.
