As we look at options for providing better access to veterinary care, we are exploring the idea of somehow quantifying the effects of care and prevention for specific medical and behavioral conditions. 

We're interested in effects for both the pet and the pet's caregiver, and we've put together a short survey to get started, and could really use your input. Your answers to this survey will help us start quantifying efficacy of a care program.
