Hello,

I work at OC Animal care and was following up on some of our dogs that are in foster during our fun quarantine period.  So her name is Chloe and she is a 9 year old Mastiff.   The foster is having problems getting the dog to do the stairs.  they do most of thier living up stairs and she refuses.  Right now she is up stairs using a potty pad because she refuses to go near them.  She is not really treat motivated. 

she may have arthritis.  That is a senior for that breed.  Our girl is 10 now - but started to refuse doing the steps a year ago.   She is on galaprin. Which has helped her but her fear of the steps has not changed
