I’m sure you’ve probably all heard about cat hoarders and how the conditions were inhumane but in my case I am not a hoarder and I do the best I can with what I have; long story short, I’m a single woman with no family struggling to make ends meet; borderline homelessness, and I have acquired 15 plus cats, that I am struggling to care for for the past 8 years. I love everyone of them and also the strays that show up monthly but, it’s getting out of control and at the same time I just can’t turn a cat away that’s hungry or craves love just because it’s not mine. I live in a two bedroom duplex in the ghetto of Stockton and work full time, I have a friend who try’s to help however she can but it’s getting scary because sometimes I barely have enough money to feed myself and pay my rent, does anyone know where I could get help either for myself or my animals, I am by no means asking for money unless that’s all the person wants to give but just help to continue caring for the cats I have, by the way I have gotten all of the cats spay/neutered, thanks to The Act Spay and Neuter Clinic’s Caterday once a month discounted day for cats! It just seems like people just move and leave their cats or have them and don’t take care of them and they all come to my house. Sincerely Michelle,
P.S. I also have 3 hens and a senior dog
