Animal Welfare Professionals

We recently purchased a small van to use for our out-of-state transports. Our plan is to use volunteers as drivers as much as possible, however we are having difficulty getting enough volunteers. Does anyone use volunteers for long-distance transports and if so, how do you recruit, and do you provide payment or other incentives?

Have you tried coordinating with the resources at doobert.com? 

I just posted our November transport on doobert yesterday. We'll see what happens!
