Can anyone help me with this?

I applied for a Grant and they are now wanting a financial statement which is a good indication I may receive it.  

We are very small Rescue and I have things to calculate but just wanted to see an example 

Being a not-for-profit is different from profit

Besides a budget, two financial statements that funders typically look for are a Statement of Financial Position, (aka Balance Sheet), and a Statement of Activities (aka Income Statement).  You can probably google examples or templates of them, or get them from your accounting software or accountant.  You may also want to ask the funder which document they want specifically, so that you search for the right information.
