Ferals are still being harassed. I have been trying to get the Pima County Animal TNR program here at this complex since last year. R. Bell had contacted the manager but she never answered. Finally this year I was told by Jessica that the manager said okay. On Friday had gotten inspected by asst mgr Baley Urias who told me that the ferals are mine since Im feeding them and is violating the lease of having more cats. I had told her that I only have two cats that are mine (house cats). I had also told her that Im feeding the ferals so that I can trap them for the Ferals TNR program. Baley U. kept insisting that they are mine even after I told her to call these people @ PAC. Then she started asking me about the process, again I told her the samething and that they had gotten permission to come and trap here. This is retaliation because I had called Animal Control on 343/344/345 (in back of me) owners who are sending their dogs to aggressively bark at the ferals and making alot of loud noises to chase them out of my yard not theirs. Also throwing things like toys, trash etc @ them in my yard. Which manager was told about this as well. Plus found out that manager had allowed 344 to have dogs that are not on the lease or paying for them. I had found this out when the Animal Control Officer, that I have been keeping in touch with, told me that 344 told them they have no animals. This was when they had received the noise violation letter along with the other two. Yet the manager allowed them to keep the dogs which the one continues to go after the ferals and us in my yard. I had to call the Police yesterday because all 3 owners had started with their dogs again taking turns to harass the ferals. Police officer seen the bowls but said nothing about feeding them. Also told him about the getting the feral TNR here since last year and manager knew then too. Im trying to help these ferals and this place, yet Im being harassed by the mgmt and the ferals are being harassed by 343/344/345 dogs and loud noises. This is not the first time dealing with this as stated before happened in Sierra Vista with Animal Control. These cats here came to my enclosure when fences were down and stayed. I dont know what happened to some of them or the two kittens that ran into 343/345s yard after 343 turned the washer outside to screech really loud that sent them running under their fences. The washer is still being used as a weapon even though I had told manager Megan Brown on March 14 this year about it and that I was told that there is a work order that can be sent to them. She never sent it to 343 so he continues to use it to harass the ferals and us. Since the Police came yesterday, 343 used it two more times afterwards that I had called Security on them both times. Manager M Brown is allowing this people to harass these ferals and doesnt want the ferals returned even though she okayed it this time. I had told Jessica PAC TNR, what asst mgr B U said. So tell me whats going to happen to these cats in this complex when tenants are allowed to harass them by dogs, loud noises and throwing things at them as well as keeping you from giving them water and food?
