My 2 dogs are being held as evidence 122 days no excersize. recently I took them outside for a bath 15 mins next day poop was florescent green  Bottom of their stomaches. I need advice. 

I know this is an old post, but I don't understand what you needed help with? You dogs were in seizure for 122 days as evidence?  For I am guessing a dog bite case you were fighting?  And the dogs were released, I am assuming as you were giving them a bath, but they were sick?
