As a shelter or rescue organization, what resources do you provide to your new foster caregivers?

Heathers Foster Dogs assigns a current foster to "mentor" a new foster family, to be there to answer questions & deal with anxieties quietly. That "mentor" helps the new foster deal with applications & applicant interviews until the new foster feels the confidence to handle these tasks. Our foster who deals with the vet helps set up appointments, meets the foster at the vet. Physically, we provide dog food & crates if needed.
