Sorry, I don't have the ASPCA's Weekend Crate Training packet but I love the
San Francisco SPCA's Resource Library. They offer 5 resource types (behavior & training, disaster preparedness, health, pet loss support, and surrenders) and their resources are downloadable in PDF format.
Here's their Puppy Crate Training handout (you can download a printable PDF from this page):

Subject: Anyone still have the ASPCA's Weekend Crate Training handout?
This is a very random question, but are there any folks here who still have the ASPCA's Weekend Crate Training packet saved? It used to be part of their Virtual Pet Behaviorist program, and was one of the few short handouts I've seen that broke the steps into clear criteria without excessive dog training jargon to confuse novice handlers. However, that part of the website was taken down a few years ago and I had never saved the handout. I've used different ones since then, but still haven't found one I'm totally satisfied with. (I end up sending them to folks with notes about recommended changes to some of the steps.)
Alternately, does anyone have a favorite crate training handout? I'm on the hunt!
