The ASPCA is offering $2 million in grants to support adoptions and operations at animal welfare organizations across the country. Most of the grants will range from $6,700 to $30,000 and be awarded to selected applicants to join The Rescue Effect, a national campaign to help shelters and rescues increase adoptions and make room for more animals in need.
