Hi everyone, especially Pennsylvania residents! Humane Action Pennsylvania (HAP) is championing the creation of a state-wide animal abuse registry that will help protect animals and strengthen enforcement of cruelty laws.
We need Pennsylvania residents to call House Judiciary Committee Chairman Tim Briggs (717-705-7011) to move the bill. Please take just a few minutes to contact Chairman Briggs and respectfully ask him to advance HB 2143. Mention you're a PA resident, that you want him to move HB2143 out of committee, and tell him why this issue is important to you. It's that simple!
