    Hello,

I am inquiring about different accommodations you have made for shelter employees.

Specifically, limitations such as limited or no bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, stooping, reaching overhead, weight limits at or below 45 pounds.

What accommodations that you've made for your employees.

Hi there! Two great resources for workplace accommodations are the Job Accommodation Network and the U.S. Americans With Disabilities Act. They can provide you with confidential resources relevant to your job descriptions and national/state laws.

I hope those help! Thanks for considering how you can increase inclusivity and accessibility in your organization.
