What reports or tools do you use on a regular basis to ensure animals move from intake to placement efficiently?
I personally like to keep a close eye on animals "on hold" using reports like this one from PetPoint. Too often we add days to length of stay because holds are forgotten about or linger too long. This report lets me see all animals on hold for any hold reason, when they were placed on hold, who placed the hold, as well as notes.
