    Hi All, 
    We're looking at software to track the medical/ surgical/microchip/  adoption data for cats and dogs for Paws and Heroes Legacy Foundation.   We provide spay/neuter and vaccines to cats and dogs in need, so they can remain or become a member of a family.  (we also take will take in an animal in dire need of medical care if we can help.)  We have to track all, including feral cats  and kittens that come in thru our associated  TNR/A program. 

    Test running ShelterLuv now.  what else is out there and worth trying?

    You might want to explore "Animals First" - AnimalsFirst.com - Shelter & Rescue Software
    The founder, Gerald Owens has done some great stuff with this platform, in addition to including a donation portal, which seems to be working really well for users.

    Would you share what the costs are - we currently use Rescuegroups which is $100 per month and that includes hosting the website and it is great, but does fall short a lot with moving forward and catching up. We have shelterluv for our community services as there is no cost when using it this way - we just can't justify the shelterluv fee's, as if we adopted 250 animals a year - that is $500 for the service - an increase of $400 - a luxury we cannot justify - more so with the way the animal welfare is now.

    We are a rescue and don't / are not able to have the very low cost adoption fee's and so getting more donations at the time of adoption doesn't work either. 

    I do not see anywhere on the animal first site with a fee schedule and don't want to schedule a demo as I am presuming it is going to be out of our price range which is sad, but things are beyond tough right now.
