With over 20 years of experience implementing M.A.S.H. clinics and community partnerships worldwide, and now here in the U.S., Animal Balance is one of the only organizations working both in the US and internationally to increase spay/neuter capacity in this way. 

This session is designed for clinic staff, shelter staff or volunteers who want to help increase spay/neuter capacity in their communities. Together we will discuss Animal Balance's program model and how you can transform your shelter, local community center or the high school gymnasium into a safe, efficient and effective high quality, high volume sterilization clinic while adhering to state regulations and laws.

This session is especially relevant for adoptions and foster staff & volunteers, return to home & intake prevention staff, veterinary professionals (vets, techs, & support staff), behavior staff & volunteers, field services & animal control officers, grant writers & fundraisers, and marketing & communications staff - but all are welcome!
