We have a stock "elevator pitch" to send as cold emails to prospective corporate sponsors with giving levels and incentives. We've done research finding companies that may have like-minded giving priorities. If they don't have a corporate foundation, we've done Google searches for appropriate contacts in Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Impact, or even marketing departments. LinkedIn is a good resource as well. I've found they tend to either sponsor events or specific projects (not GOS). We use RocketReach to find emails. It's a subscription service, and I believe we pay $80 p/month. Good luck.

Subject: Corporate Sponsorships
Hi All -
How do you go about getting corporate sponsorships? What do you offer in exchange for the sponsorships? We have a newsletter but no where to put banners or a larger advertisement. Do you find companies prefer to sponsor an event? Or are willing to give general operating donations. Any help is appreciated!
