Hello!  I am hoping someone has a suggestion for our current need.  In July we took over our city's animal control contract. (This is wonderful, as it was previously held by a kill shelter, so our city is moving in a more humane direction!) However we are completely inundated with kittens.  We cannot keep up with the amount of wet food that is needed via donation alone, and rescue bank has been spotty this year.  We are in great need of finding a feed partner for this.  I am hoping someone can give us a tip for this.  PLEASE HELP!

My suggestion would be to make some online targeted requests, such as a GoFundMe campaign for cases of kitty food, for example, xxx$$$ and promote donating amounts equal to one case of kitten food.

Other online options include hosting a kitten shower using Amazon and/or Chewy.

Ask four or five, or even 10 or 20, vet offices if you can set up a donation box for kitten food.

That's such an amazing thing you're doing for the community. It's tough right now with kitten season in full swing, maybe check with regional rescues to do a bulk order together at a discount. They're usually open to that kind of collaboration.
