  • 1.  Donation Platform Recommendations for nonprofits?

    We are looking for recommendations on donation platforms that have little upfront cost to get set up and also have a decent back in to help with sending out end of year tax, deduction letters, etc. There are several out there and just wondered if anyone had a platform they are using. They are happy with?

    Zeffy handsdown is the best as they take out no fees for non profits. As far as deduction letters I do not know but check with them.

    Zeffy is a great platform! When  setting up a fundraiser, there are options about generating charity receipts. Also, I believe I received an email earlier this month from Zeffy that stated that anyone who had requested a charity receipt at the time of donation would also be sent another one for tax purposes in the next few weeks. Unfortunately I seem to have deleted that email.

    Hi, we started using Give Butter in 2024 and have been happy with it for ticket sales to events, creating fundraising pages and they have an option to allow the donors to cover any fees (which they normally do if asked), so the Non Profit receives the entire amount. We have been able to use the free version for all that we needed so far.
