Ready to make change happen? After the Summit, choose one or more of the 5 eight-week Fast Tracks and start doing-with support! Sprint from idea to implementation and ongoing improvement by connecting with coaches and fellow participants along the way.
Join a Fast Track to get guidance from your coach in 4 one-hour live Zoom meetings over the weeks of 3/27, 4/17, 5/1, and 5/15, and pop in for optional office hours during off-weeks.
Attendance at any of the meetings or office hours is optional to make it easy for you to attend what you can. Live meetings will be recorded and available on-demand shortly after each meeting ends.

I wanted to share with everyone to make sure you saw this exciting upcoming event.
On March 14, 2023 (9 AM to 12:30 PM Pacific) we'll be offering a half-day Shelter Summit and Fast Tracks launch.
The event will be available online (and recorded for on-demand access after the event).
It is meant for and available to everyone involved in animal sheltering for FREE #ThanksToMaddie.
This online gathering has a different format than other events we've hosted or even attended in the past. Given your current demands and challenges, you told us WHAT you wanted and HOW you wanted it, and we listened: Choose your own adventure, flexibility around schedule and time available, FAST learning, option for personal coaching and support, ability to take an aerial overview or a deep dive. Check, check, check, check!
The Summit will introduce 5 high impact shelter programs (with a 30 minute overview of each).
After the Summit we invite you to join us in working with coaches to implement what you heard about by joining a "Fast Track" offering 8 weeks of live meetings alternating with office hours with coaches.
