I am helping a small cat rescue non-profit in Philadelphia launch email marketing and fundraising and am interested in using a platform that also offers CRM/donor management capabilities. Zeffy and Givebutter both claim to offer these features for free (they are funded by optional tips from donors during the checkout process). Does anyone have any feedback on either of these platforms?
We would also be willing to pay a reasonable fee to use a paid platform. I hear that MailChimp is really great for email marketing, but I don't think it offers the CRM capabilities.
