It is worth taking a look at AnimalsFirst software. It is intuitive and customizable and includes a field services module plus shelter intakes/outcomes, medical, behavior, lost pet reunification, foster program, direct peer to peer rehoming, and transports. It also includes a Community Support module for managing any supportive services such as pet food pantry, vaccine clinics, and public spay-neuter program. As a longtime director for a government animal services agency, I can tell you that it checks all of the boxes and then some.
The Field Services module enables organizations to create cases, record all of their activities, people involved, gather statements, citations, and upload photos and files. Cases can be monitored with reports, automated charts and graphs, and integrated mapping.
There are loads of timesavers and efficiencies built in. For example, for those transfers to adoption partners, users can create a multiple animal manifest and batch complete all of those outcomes with the click.
