We used to use Trello but now we use ClickUp.
We have to add the fosters and create the reminders but we have templates to copy and paste. Not bad but fosters often fight us on it for some reason.

We use air table to manage our foster kittens. Built into our template, when you put in the date of the most recent vaccine it starts a countdown (21 days) until they are due for their next vaccine. There's a specific view for vaccines that one of our management team monitors and reminds fosters when they are due. Once the foster parent has their kittens vaccinated they update the team member who records the date and the countdown begins again.
It's not completely automatic as in a set it and forget it type of tool, but having someone in the loop to make sure it gets done and to record that it's been finished is is a workflow that works pretty well for us.
Happy to explain more or answer more questions if you have them.

Hey everyone,
I'm curious-does anyone here use a specific system to send reminders for foster care needs, like when flea/tick and heartworm prevention is due? We're looking for a more organized way to ensure our fosters stay on schedule with preventatives and other medical care.
Do you use a software system, Google Sheets, calendar reminders, or something else? What has worked best for your team and foster homes?
Would love to hear your recommendations!
Thanks!
