    I was wondering how I ?????? different reviewers for the surveys? I am the admin on the account but someone else is the main reviewer and there are no secondary reviewers. How can I change who is ???????? to review the surveys?

    I have just added the how-to document to the MPA group, both in the group resource section in the right hand column, and in a message to the group under the "Admin Tab" subtopic under the MPA Website for Organizations" topic.

    I have also attached it to this message.

    I realize this is an old post.  I have downloaded the document and tried to add my first User as an Admin and I get a script error.  This is a new resource for us and I have lots of questions.  Is there anyone that I can reach out to or another place I should be looking for this information?

    As of October 1, 2020, Maddie's Pet Assistant is now being managed by Pet Health, Inc. Please head over to their site here: https://services.24pet.com/PetAssistant/PetAssistantSupport.php and complete the "Pet Assistant Web Support for Shelters/Rescues" request for help form. Their team will be in contact with you to troubleshoot any issues. If you complete their form and do not hear back in a timely manner, please send us an email at forumhelp@maddiesfund.org and we will reach out to our contact there.
