We have a goal this year to add to our base of monthly donors.  We currently have a Sponsor-A-Cat program as well as donors who have just chosen to set up monthly donations.  I feel like we should be doing more "touches" of monthly donors and just wonder in general what others are doing with these types of programs.  Have something that has worked or not worked? Would love to hear your ideas and experiences.

We do a monthly donor program.  After 3 months of donations they get their choice of swag.  The cost is covered in month one of donating.  The choices increase as their donor level increases.  For example, for our highest monthly donor of $100 per month, after month 3 they get the same swag as the lower levels which is a sticker and a magnet but they get swag for 8 months such as a tshirt, mug, tote bag, etc.  We have a cafe press store and we still profit about 80%.
