Hi! Stray Kitty Rescue in Philadelphia and Atlantic County has been managing extreme heat and rain since May with some creative solutions. We've brought friendly outdoor cats inside during the hottest parts of the day, used electrolytes to keep everyone hydrated, and applied for disaster relief grants, which helped us plan even though we didn't secure them. We relied on fans until we could get central air and provided shelter in our shed and garage during heavy rains. Any other tips or strategies you've found effective?
