    how can we get a faster turn around ?
    it take us from a 1 1/2  to 2 hours  to send a in field home back home

    we only get chip numbers and have to call  back to home base and let someone try to find the number in the 6 data basses we use, unless the 
    dog has all ready been returned by us,
    #ReturntoHome(LostPetReunification)

    Sounds like you need a way to look up numbers in the field.  You don't carry phones or tablets yet?

    no we do  not have phones or tablets yet that get wifi in the fields,  and we need the internet to access the websites we use.

    we have only two phones for two nonprofits to use and both nonprofits share the two phones.

    I mean, that's basically your only option. Investing in more phones or tablets should easily be worth the time it's saves you! Or just use your personal phones if you have them.
