Animal Welfare Professionals

I posted about a week ago  asking about in home fosters and doing adoption appointments in the home. I got a lot of great advice and stories. Does anyone have an SOP for in home adoption appointments/meet and greets and/or an SOP for in home fostering that they would be willing to share? I would love to start something like this at my shelter and want to use as many resources as I can.
